Efforts are being made to reduce inequality around the health care system. At the conference, some of the efforts which, among other things, municipalities, hospitals and general practitioners experience have helped vulnerable cancer patients.
The day will specifically focus on initiatives and interventions that purposefully try to reduce inequality in the area of cancer in the places where we already know that it occurs. In addition, the day will also provide an insight into the research and the already identified causal mechanisms for inequality in the course of cancer.
Against this background, the question is asked: What can we do differently across the country and the health sector already now? We invite healthcare staff, doctors, researchers and decision-makers from all parts of the healthcare system and the country to a constructive conference on inequality in cancer.
The day will be relevant for actors from municipalities, hospitals and general practice.
