The Danish Multidisciplinary Cancer Groups (DMCGs) are working to ensure the best possible investigation, diagnostics and treatment of every type of cancer. The palliative DMCG/database works with developing and supervising the palliative care among the very sickest.
'Early palliative care' in parallel with chemotherapy and other treatments for spread of cancer is a developing area. The purpose of this project is to establish a national collaboration between the palliative database/DMCG and the disease-specific DMCGs to ensure the best early palliative care in Denmark.
