Received grant in 2017

DCCC has funded 70,000 DKK to the project.

The Vision Conference for Lung Cancer in May 2017 established a national research collaboration to implement the national clinical controlled project: SUrveillance with PET/CT and liquid biopsies of stage I-III lung cancer patients after completion of definitive therapy; a Randomized controlled trial (SUPE-R).
With this project we wish to examine if the use of PET/CT can discover more relapses at an earlier stage and thereby improve the treatment opportunities for the individual patient. At the same we will collect blood samples and register life quality.
