Posters should be set up on Thursday, 28 August between 09:00 and 09:45.

Posters must be taken down by Friday, 29 August on later than 15:15.

You are required to be present at your poster during the poster session on Thursday.

Yes, you need to register for the conference. Information about registration can be found in the email you received confirming that your abstract has been accepted.

Postersession:
Accepted posters will be displayed on both conference days. A dedicated postersession will be held as moderated presentations. All first authors are expected to give a clear and concise three-minute presentation of their poster, followed by a brief Q&A session.

Stage presentations:
Seven promising new researchers have been selected to present their work on the main stage in the session New cancer researchers in spotlight. In addition, eight high-quality abstracts have been chosen for Flash Talks on the main stage.
Information about this selection process has been sent directly to the selected presenters. These seven researchers are not required to bring a physical poster. Selection was based on originality, scientific quality, and relevance to cancer research.

Abstract book:
Before summer holiday, an Abstract book will be published on the conference website, featuring all abstracts presented at the conference.

  • Maximum size: A0 format - max. width: 90 cm, max. height: 120 cm (portrait orientation)
  • Material: You may choose to print your poster on either fabric or paper
  • Language: You may choose to present your poster in either Danish or English

Yes, you need to register for the conference. Information about registration can be found in the email you received confirming that your abstract has been accepted.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you can appoint a colleague to present the poster on your behalf. The person in question has to be registered for the conference and cannot be listed as presenting author on another poster.

You are required to be present at your poster during the moderated poster presentations on Thursday.

Abstracts and posters may be submitted and presented in either Danish or English. The majority of the conference programme will be in Danish, but there will also be English presentations throughout the two days.
