Registration and FAQ

You can register for Danish Cancer Research Days via the registration link on the registration page. Registration opens on 7 May 2026 at 12:00. Once the conference is fully booked, it is still possible to join the waiting list.

You can register for the full conference programme on Thursday and Friday, or for a single day. It is also possible to register for the networking dinner on Thursday evening.

Participation in Danish Cancer Research Days is free of charge.

Travel and accommodation expenses are covered by each participant.

Danish Cancer Research Days 2026 will take place on 27–28 August 2026 at ODEON, Odeons Kvarter 1, 5000 Odense, Denmark. The venue is located approximately 7 minutes on foot from Odense Station.

You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation during the conference on 27–28 August 2026.

Comwell Odense has reserved a limited number of rooms for participants attending Danish Cancer Research Days 2026 at a special rate. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After registering for the conference, you will receive a booking code and booking instructions together with your confirmation email.

When booking via the Comwell website, you will be asked to register a credit card as a booking guarantee. The card will only be charged in the case of a no-show.

Payment for your stay is made directly at the hotel. If your employer will cover the accommodation costs, please contact the hotel reception after completing your booking and provide the following information: company name, address, CVR number, EAN number, and the email address and telephone number of your organisation’s finance department.

Alternative accommodation is also available nearby, including Hotel Cabin, City Hotel, Milling Hotel, and First Hotel Grand.

Once your registration has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email serves as your registration confirmation.

Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact dccc.info@dccc.dk, and we will check whether your registration has been received.

We are pleased that the conference attracts participants from across sectors. A limited number of researchers and representatives from the industry are therefore welcome to attend. A participation fee applies to industry representatives. The fee covers participation costs as well as an administrative fee.

Dietary requirements or food allergies can be specified during registration. If you have specified any dietary requirements, you will receive an email in the week before the conference with further information about catering.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration using the link provided in your confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact the organiser at dccc.info@dccc.dk.  

Please note that a no-show fee will be charged in the event of non-attendance.

This cancellation policy helps ensure that available places can be offered to other participants.

Danish Comprehensive Cancer Center (DCCC) and Danish Multidisciplinary Cancer Groups (DMCG.dk). The programme has been developed in close collaboration with patients and key professional and clinical leaders from hospitals, general practice, and research institutions across Denmark.
