Tilmelding til Patology Symposium: Soft tissue tumors of the skin
The objective of the Pathology Symposium is to provide a comprehensive in-depth update on selected common soft tissue tumors of the skin pertinent to everyday practice of skin pathology and to improve attendees’ diagnostic skills. The emphasis will be on morphology, diagnostic tools including immunohistochemistry, molecular changes, clinical aspects and critical differential diagnoses and pitfalls likely to be encountered by the general pathologists.
Key speaker: Dr. Jason L. Hornick is the Director of Surgical Pathology and Immunohistochemistry at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is a Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School and a Consultant at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
The topics are directed mainly at surgical pathologists, but also at clinicians with interest in soft tissue tumors.
