Would you like to present your research to 500 researchers  and clinicians at the largest Danish cancer conference, then submit your abstract now.

In August, DMCG.dk and DCCC invite to Danish Cancer Research Days, yet again. About 500 researchers and clinicians in the field of cancer are gathered. The conference facilitates knowledge-sharing, networking and preparations for new collaborations across geography and fields.

"Knowledge sharing and networking have been challenged the past year, but we hope that it has changed now. At Danish Cancer Research Days in late August, we want to give the best framework for exactly that – thus I hope to see a lot of submitted abstract and engaged researchers", says Henrik Frederiksen, vice chairman, Danish Comprehensive Cancer Center's scientific council and responsible for the poster session at Danish Cancer Research Days.

Opportunity to present on stage

The best submitted abstract will also get the opportunity to submit a virtual poster. They are available for participant a few weeks prior to the conference. Hence, it leaves good time for all participants to explore all the new results, ideas and projects, which builds the future's cancer research.

Few, specially picked posters get the opportunity to present their research on stage at the conference.

"Among the accepted posters, we pick 7 which are particularly interesting, ground-breaking or important. They get to present from the main stage and are also given a presentation technique coaching from Marianne Godt Hansen, before action" says Henri Frederiksen.

Abstract submission is now open and closes on April, 28th. Here, you can read more about the formal requirements, themes etc.

Remember that abstract submission is NOT a registration for the event itself – you have to register elsewhere. Registration opens on April, 4th and follows the "first-served"-basis.

Update - the conference is sold out.
