Danish Cancer Research Days is a new, national initiative from DCCC - Danish Comprehensive Cancer Center and DMCG.dk (Danish Multidisciplinary Cancer Groups), the purpose of which is for clinicians, scientists and researchers to meet across disciplines and to bring basic and clinical research closer together.

The conference will take place on the 30th - 31st of August 2018 at the new conference center Odeon in the center of Odense. The center of the event is the translation of cancer research and a focus on research collaboration across sectors and fields of specialization. Please notice that the program on the 30th will be conducted in Danish.

• Poster walk – presentations and discussion
• From basic science to clinical research
• National collaboration
• Comprehensive, translational cancer research - an international perspective.
Key note address by Professor Michael Baumann, Director of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Heidelberg
• Professor Olli-Pekka Kallioniemi, Director of the Science for Life Laboratory and Professor of Molecular Precision Medicine at the Karolinska Institutet

We hope that clinicians, scientists, researchers, and PhD students as well as other interested parties will join us in making Danish Cancer Research Days a success.
