This year’s theme was “The differentiated healthcare system – can we realize Cancer Plan V?”

The healthcare system can – and must – do a great deal, but we cannot continue doing things the same way. This year’s program therefore combined the latest knowledge and strong interdisciplinary ambition with the opportunities offered by the healthcare reform and a new Cancer Plan V.

This formed the focal point when DCCC and DMCG.dk invited healthcare professionals, researchers, patient organizations, and decision-makers within the cancer field to Denmark’s largest cancer conference on August 29–30 at ODEON in Odense.

As always, the core focus of the conference was that our strong national collaboration is a key foundation for ensuring high and consistent quality in research and treatment across disciplines and throughout the entire cancer patient pathway.
